Why carriers stay

Built to be the department you don't have to run.

A REAL TEAM

Not a hotline

Dedicated specialists who know your fleet by name — you reach the same people every time, and they call back the same day.

LAWYERS INCLUDED

When it counts

In-house and partner attorneys handle DataQ disputes, audit defense, driver contracts and safety policies.

COST

Less than one hire

A full safety department for less than the cost of a single full-time safety manager — plans scale from 1 truck to 200+.

PROACTIVE

Never reactive

We don't wait for the violation letter. License expiring in 30 days? You already heard from us.

ONE INVOICE

One accountable contact

Formation, authority, compliance, IFTA, audits — one team instead of five vendors pointing fingers.

COVERAGE

Weekend support

Office runs Mon–Fri, but trucks don't stop on weekends — urgent items still get handled Saturday and Sunday.

Your outsourced department

A trucking safety team — without hiring one.

We're the safety department your trucking company doesn't have to build in-house. A full team of DOT compliance specialists, backed by attorneys, keeps your driver files, FMCSA & CSA standing, audits, IFTA, IRP, permits and authority clean — so your trucks keep moving.

Owner-operators benefit the most — you don't have a safety department, so we are it. Plans scale from one truck to full fleets, and you keep the same team the whole way.

Put a Safety Team in Your Corner

  • Drug & alcohol program administration and Clearinghouse queries
  • IFTA quarterly returns and IRP registration, filed on time
  • USDOT, MC & ICC authority, permits, reinstatements and amendments

Questions, answered

12 questions

FMCSA regulation 49 CFR §391 requires motor carriers to keep a DQ file for every driver, including the employment application, MVR, road test certificate, medical card, annual review and Clearinghouse query. Missing or incomplete DQ files are one of the most common findings in DOT audits.

Annual MVR pulls, annual reviews, biennial Clearinghouse limited queries, medical certificates as they expire, and updates whenever a driver's status changes. We track all of these dates automatically.

Within 12 months of getting MC authority, FMCSA reviews your safety management: driver files, vehicle maintenance, drug & alcohol program, hours-of-service, accidents and HazMat if applicable. A failed New Entrant audit can revoke your authority — we prepare you, organize documentation, and can attend on your behalf.

Yes — we track your MCS-150 update month and file it on time. Missing this filing puts your USDOT registration into inactive status.

Pricing depends on fleet size, but most plans include DQ file management, equipment file tracking, IFTA quarterly filings, MCS-150 monitoring, roadside inspection tracking, Clearinghouse queries, drug & alcohol random program management, and unlimited phone/Telegram support.

Typical timeline: USDOT and MC application same day, FMCSA processing roughly 21–25 business days, with BOC-3 and insurance filing running in parallel.

Yes. We're based in West Chester, OH but serve carriers across all 48 contiguous states. Almost all our work is paperless, so location doesn't limit what we can do for you.

Yes — in-house and partner attorneys handle DataQ disputes, audit defense, driver and lease contracts, and safety policies. When a compliance issue turns legal, you're not starting from scratch.

We help contest findings where appropriate, build a Safety Management Plan to upgrade your rating, and prepare you for the follow-up review.

We review every inspection report, identify violations that are factually incorrect or improperly assigned, and file a DataQ Request for Data Review with FMCSA. A single removed violation can meaningfully improve your CSA score standing.

Both. Owner-operators benefit the most — you don't have a safety department, so we are it. Plans scale from 1 truck to 200+.

Painlessly — we send a records request to your current provider, audit what we receive, fix any gaps, and keep things moving without a break in coverage.
